1. Via Forms on our website

2. Via Email
We receive no information from Webflow regarding your Webflow purchase when you buy one of our templates. When you request after-sales support we will ask for proof of purchase. In this case, we collect purchase information including which of our templates you have purchased from us. When provided by you voluntarily, this includes proof of purchase documentation such as copies of Webflow invoices or screenshots of transactional emails between yourself and Webflow. These emails sometimes include personal information such as a name, the name of the template you purchased, and the physical address provided to Webflow when purchasing our templates.
3. Server Logs
Any time you interact with one of our servers by visiting a web page and navigating our websites, each request made by your device is logged in a text file on our server. These are called server log files. Medium Rare follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and these files form a part of our hosting services’ analytics. Server logs are collected automatically.
We retain server logs which contain data from each time a resource is requested by visitors to websites and services located at the following domains: mediumrare.shop, mrare.co, mediumra.re.

Medium Rare maintains a list of subscribers who have explicitly opted in to receive communications from us. We send periodic updates via email regarding new products, updates to existing products and anything else that might appeal to our audience.
The list of subscribers is stored by a third-party email services provider: Sendinblue (https://www.sendinblue.com/).
We respect our customers and choose not to send emails too frequently so as not to annoy our subscriber base.
